Isn't this the most beautiful thing? :) He told his teacher last week, that he would do all my chores for me...I guess he meant it! Such a thoughtful boy...he also ran the garbage to the dumpster today for me. I am not complaining!
This is beautiful! I love it when the kids willingly help out around the house. My kids have been learning to serve more at our church and the lessons have been spilling back into our home. Not that we didn't teach them to serve here, but they seem to pick up the lesson better when it comes from a non-parent adult. Make sense?
My 8YO got his sister a bottle of water ready for her to take to her basketball game tonight. Without anyone asking him. Makes my heart happy. :)
I remember coming home from work and my girls had cleaned the whole house for me - it was like you had handed me a million dollars. Thanks. Love Grandma
